Highbank Wines is nestled deep in the heart of Coonawarra and produces single estate wines that perfectly showcase terra rossa-influenced terroir, making them sought after by wine lovers all over the world. Owners Dennis and Bonnie Vice were pioneers of organic viticulture more than twenty years ago in Coonawarra, and still today Highbank’s vines are grown without the use of chemical herbicides or insecticides, according to biodynamic principles.

“We believe that great wines begin in the vineyard,” says Dennis. “For us, wine growing is a partnership with nature, a balance between our passion for excellence and our trust in the natural expression of soil, climate and vine, our unique terroir.”

Highbank Family Reserve

Highbank’s flagship Family Reserve wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, hand-pruned and hand-picked from vines grown organically on Highbank’s small artisanal vineyard. Complex with lovely varietal characters and perfect balance, this wine is frequently offered on the wine lists of some of the best restaurants in Australia, and deservedly so.
